4. Business Directory Listings
Members may create business profile listings on the Platform. You warrant that all information provided in your business listing is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for the content of your listing.
We do not verify or endorse the businesses listed on the Platform. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a recommendation or guarantee of quality.
5. Marketplace
The Platform provides marketplace features allowing members to list items and services for sale. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and accept no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods or services listed on the marketplace.
Sellers must ensure that all listings comply with applicable UK laws and regulations, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Sale of Goods Act 1979, and any relevant environmental and forestry regulations.
6. User Content
